A major furniture manufacturing company asked us to create a unique and memorable team building challenge for 400 of their independent dealer sales representatives with a surprise element.
Their independent reps are in different regions of the US and Canada so we created a team competition representing each region and corporate.
The newly joined shapes provided three levels of a much larger pyramid to integrate the whole organisation.
The final huge pyramid installation was decorated with the new company Mission, Vision and Values to ensure reinforcement and internalisation by all participants.
Each team was given a series of plans to mark from which to work to label and cut large cardboard sheets from which to fold into four identical shapes.
The teams quickly got to work assigning roles, divided resources and quickly collaborated to create their team pyramid.
She analyzed the results, and got a clear picture of each person’s motivating needs, how each person communicates, delegates and makes decisions.
